Water Pressure Correction & System Protection Upgrade

  1. Diagnosed ongoing plumbing issues caused by excessive water pressure

  2. Identified high system pressure as the cause of burst supply lines and fixture failures

  3. Installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the incoming water supply

  4. Added new isolation ball valves to simplify future maintenance and servicing

  5. Adjusted system pressure to approximately 55 PSI for optimal performance and fixture protection

  6. Installed pressure gauges to verify operation and accurately calibrate the PRV

  7. Tested the system to ensure stable pressure and proper operation throughout the home
