Well Pump Recovery & System Upgrade

  1. Diagnosed loss of water and pump priming issues after well levels recovered

  2. Discovered a plugged ejector inside the well

  3. Removed old ejectors and installed new brass ejectors

  4. Installed a new foot valve

  5. Re-primed and fully tested the pump system

  6. Installed a new well seal and properly screened vent

  7. Raised the well vent 16" above grade to meet current code requirements

  8. Shock chlorinated, flushed, and tested the well system

  9. Sealed holes in the concrete casing to prevent future freezing issues
