Water Pressure Regulation & Plumbing Protection Upgrade

  1. Investigated recurring plumbing issues including burst supply lines and fixture malfunctions

  2. Identified excessive water pressure as the root cause of system failures

  3. Installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the incoming water service

  4. Added new isolation ball valves for easier future maintenance and servicing

  5. Adjusted and calibrated system pressure to approximately 55 PSI

  6. Installed pressure gauges to verify proper PRV operation and monitor system pressure

  7. Tested the system to ensure stable pressure and reliable fixture performance
