Investigated recurring plumbing issues including burst supply lines and fixture malfunctions
Identified excessive water pressure as the root cause of system failures
Installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the incoming water service
Added new isolation ball valves for easier future maintenance and servicing
Adjusted and calibrated system pressure to approximately 55 PSI
